The National Committee on Water Engineering is pleased to announce the Munro Oration will be by BLAIR FITZHARRIS, UNIVERSITY OF OTAGO titled Reflections on Climate and Water over 60 years. Read more here. The Munro oration will be held on Wednesday 30 November, 6.00pm – 7.00pm.

Rory Nathan, University of Melbourne will present a Keynote on “Impact of hydrologic variability on design flood estimates”.

Note the Conference dinner and more importantly the Hydrologic Games will be held at the Skyline Gondola on the THURSDAY night at the end of the conference. Ticket includes a ride on the Gondola to spectacular views of Queenstown. Lets make sure the Kiwis don’t win the Cumec Throphy! Note in honour of the NZ adventure capital  this year the conference dinner has an optional dress theme – “Adventure”.
